Your needs and questions are the starting point of this coaching.

How does it work?

Intake: pile drive
The intake starts on the heath in the Gooi. This way we can get to know each other face-to-face and immediately implement the active principles for more effectiveness and resilience. Walking outside in nature has so many proven effective mental and physical benefits.
Your desires and aspirations are the starting point for this method. What would you like to achieve? More policy with impact? Craftsmanship? Less stress, more productivity, more focus and/or a healthier lifestyle?
We formulate goals together and work on them in weekly online coaching sessions.

Tiny Habits® method
As a certified Tiny Habits® coach, I use a scientifically proven effective method for behavior change. The Tiny Habits® method was developed by Dr. BJ Fogg, director of the Stanford Behavior Design Lab. Read more about it here.
Using the Tiny Habits® method, together we look at what existing routines you already have in your life and how they can serve as anchor moments for the goals you want to achieve. Starting small and simple is the starting point. This is the only way to turn good intentions into lasting change.

Your coach
I am Dr. Amy-Jane Gielen of Evidence Based Work and have over 15 years of research and consulting experience in the social and security domain. As an entrepreneur with a chronic illness who has worked on very sensitive issues (including terrorism and radicalization), I know better than anyone how important it is to take good care of yourself. At the same time I am also very aware how difficult that sometimes is when the delusion of the day dominates and every day there is something that has urgency.

Investment
You can choose from 3 coaching packages:

970 euros excluding VAT
1. An intake of 1.5 hours, including a pile-driving walk during which we will explore your wishes and goals. This will be emailed to you afterwards.
2. Access to the 5-day coaching program of Tiny Habits®, where you get introduced to the method in a quick and simple way and are personally guided by me by email.
3. Three 60-minute online coaching sessions per session.

1870 euros excluding VAT

2. Access to the 5-day coaching program of Tiny Habits®, where you get introduced to the method in a quick and simple way and are personally guided by me by email.
3. Seven 60-minute online coaching sessions per session

If you want more intensive or face-to-face coaching> Then I also offer subject matter coaching, where I guide you more intensively in making more effective policies or work-related dilemmas. This can possibly also be combined with more personal coaching (how are you in roles, how do you deal with ethical dilemmas?). This always involves customization, but broadly consists of:
1. Introduction and request for help
2. Analysis using the EBW Method.
3. Presentation findings and feedback / Coaching
